
Moses Otim Augustine
Otim Moses Augustine is a dynamic leader known for his significant contributions to community development, youth empowerment, and humanitarian work. As the Executive Director and Secretary of Noble Youth Foundation Uganda (NOYU), he oversees initiatives focused on child protection, youth empowerment, and addressing critical societal issues such as health, education, and poverty alleviation. Under his leadership, NOYU has become a key player in promoting positive change and resilience across Uganda.
In his capacity as Chairman of both the Lango Charter for Change and the Lango Humanitarian Platform, Moses leads efforts aimed at uniting and mobilizing stakeholders to address pressing challenges in the Lango sub-region. The Lango Humanitarian Platform, hosted by NOYU, is a collaborative space that seeks to coordinate humanitarian responses and advocate for better services and opportunities in the community.
Moses’ leadership extends beyond organizational management. His hands-on approach to addressing local issues, such as drought, poor crop yields, and access to education, highlights his commitment to sustainable development and social justice. Through his various roles, Otim Moses Augustine continues to drive transformative initiatives that empower communities and create lasting positive impacts in the Lango region and beyond.
